Clubhouse

The Clubhouse is available for use for activities organized by the association or residents and may be reserved by any resident in good standing for their private gatherings.  The Clubhouse is equipped with restrooms, a gathering area and a kitchen with a large island. Amenities include a refrigerator, microwave, Wi-Fi, and a large screen Roku TV. There are thirty chairs and four 6’ rectangular tables available for use.

Note: The Clubhouse is not available for rent or use by organizations for the conduct of business of any kind, including but not limited to meetings, lectures, demonstrations, exhibits, seminars or any other training sessions, even if one or more lot owners are members of such organization.

Reservations

Send a request to book the clubhouse by clicking on the button which will take you to the Priestley website. Log into your account and go to the Amenity Rentals drop down menu (5th from the left) and click on Make a Reservation. Step by step instructions are here.

Highlights of the clubhouse rules:

  • Use of the Clubhouse is reserved for residents and their guests. Residents must accompany clubhouse guests at all times

  • Reservation of the Clubhouse requires pre-payment of a $100.00 refundable deposit

  • All children and young adults in the Clubhouse must be under the direct supervision of a resident adult at all times

  • No smoking, pets or sleepovers are permitted

  • 49 person maximum

  • Parking only in the grass parking area at the west end of the pool

  • Clubhouse closes 10:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00AM on weekends
