The Dolphin Bay swimming pool is a common area for the exclusive use of Dolphin Bay Property owners and residents. A shower and plenty of chairs are provided.

During the months of June, July, and August, on Sundays, the pool will be available for residents and their guests only. The pool cannot be reserved for private parties. Everyone is always welcome!

Residents are encouraged to challenge the presence of any stranger in the pool or other areas of Dolphin Bay and to report suspicious activity to the County Sheriff’s Department.

Please do not block walkways with parked bicycles and golf carts or otherwise interfere with access to the pool or clubhouse.

Highlights of Pool rules include:

• No lifeguard on duty; residents are responsible for their own safety and the safety of thei inviedted guest. Swim at your own risk.

• Guests must beaccompanied by the sponsoring owner.

• No boisterous or rough play.

• No diving allowed in areas of the pool less than 5 feet deep.

• Children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision.

• Adults should not swim alone.

• No private pool parties.

• No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.

• No animals or pets allowed in the pool or on the deck.

• No glass allowed in the pool or on the deck.

• No smoking in the pool area.

• Quiet hour times are 10pm weekdays and midnight weekends. No swimming after midnight.
